4 Advantages of Ringlock Scaffolding Systems on Site

Ringlock (wedge-lock) scaffolding is a modular system in which vertical, horizontal and diagonal members are connected with wedges to rosettes on the standards. Requiring no bolts or couplers, this system is increasingly preferred on modern construction sites.

1. Fast assembly and dismantling

Because members are connected by driving wedges into the rosettes, crews can complete assembly in much less time. Dismantling and transport are just as quick, reducing labour costs.

2. Flexible geometry

The different connection holes on each rosette allow members to be joined at various angles. Circular facades, stepped structures and irregular areas can therefore be scaffolded with ease.

3. High stability and safety

Rigid connections at the nodes make the system work as a single unit. Systems erected in accordance with TS EN 12810 and TS EN 12811 create a safe working platform for workers.

4. Long service life and low maintenance

Hot-dip galvanized members are resistant to corrosion. With proper storage and regular inspection, they can be reused for years.

At Alkatek, we manufacture our ringlock scaffolding systems with robotic welding technology at our facility in Konya Çumra OIZ.
